Healthy Suffolk celebrates the Community & Teaching Garden in Chuckatuck.
The community and teaching garden located in the Chuckatuck community became operational in Spring 2022. The garden includes adoptable beds, a sharing stand, a tool shed, a watering station, an arbor, benches, and a walking trail. Programming includes garden forums, to include topics such as healthy cooking, gardening techniques, and how to incorporate seasonal produce in a healthy diet. Stay tuned for more information!
