Mile by mile, Suffolk resident Deborah Nadell added up her daily walks, until she had walked the distance between Suffolk, Virginia and Paris, France.
“I’m so excited!” she said at Lake Meade Park in Suffolk, during the National Walk in the Park Day event. “I want to do it again, I need to pick another destination.”
Walking is great way to stay healthy and according to the Mayo Clinic, its benefits include:
