Walking is one of the best activities you can do to improve your overall health. Strengthen your body and spirit through uplifting conversations about life as we journey together. We want to be healthy, active and engaged.

We will discuss spiritual writings as we consider their applications to our lives. Healthy Suffolk Steps is encouraging all members of our community to participate in free weekly walks every Tuesday and Saturday at Lake Meade Park near downtown Suffolk.
Every Tuesday from 12:00-12:30 p.m.
and Saturdays from 9:00-10:00 a.m.
